1. The Service
Dispatch (dispatch.neoned71.com) is a subscription service that researches, writes, and distributes PR and content assets — press releases, media advisories, announcements, thought leadership, social posts, and blog articles — for your brand on a schedule.
2. Subscription & Billing
Two plans are offered: Blog at $100/month and PR at $299/month, billed in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not prorate partial months.
3. Your Content & Your Brand
You own the content generated for your account and are solely responsible for what you publish. You are responsible for the accuracy of the brand facts, spokesperson quotes, and product facts you provide, for the content delivered to your site or media list, and for the security of your webhook endpoint.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content is generated by AI and grounded in live web research, but we do not guarantee factual accuracy, completeness, media placement, or search rankings. Press releases and pitches are drafts to review before sending. We are not liable for decisions based on generated content.
5. Media Outreach
The PR plan sends emails to the media list you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact data, compliance with applicable spam and email laws, and for not sending misleading pitches. We provide opt-out handling for outreach we send.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Dispatch to generate or send content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, intended to deceive, or that fabricates quotes, statistics, or coverage. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, outages, or AI-provider interruptions may delay delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neoned71 and Dispatch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement. On cancellation, scheduled generation stops at the end of your paid period and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
