1. Information We Collect
When you create an account we collect your email and a password hash. When you configure a campaign we store your brand profile (company, voice, spokesperson, media contact), topic selections, content types, webhook URL, and media list. We do not collect payment card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe.
2. Generated Content
Content generated for your account is stored to provide history and redelivery. You own it. Your public press room is a page you control and share; other customer content is not publicly displayed.
3. AI Processing
To generate content we send your brand profile and prompts to our AI provider (Google Gemini), which may process web search results. Content you generate is not used to train models.
4. Media Outreach
The PR plan sends emails to the media list you provide using our email provider. Journalist contact details you enter are processed solely to send your outreach. We provide opt-out handling for outreach we send on your behalf.
5. Webhook Data
When we deliver content to your webhook URL, the content is sent to that endpoint. You are responsible for the security of the receiving endpoint.
6. Cookies & Analytics
We use a local authentication token and may use basic analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Data Retention
Your account data is retained while your subscription is active. After cancellation or termination, data is deleted within 30 days.
8. Your Rights
You may export or delete your data at any time by contacting hello@neoned71.com. Deleting your account removes stored campaigns, media contacts, keys, and generated content.
